First silver!! And others..

First silver anything today and it happened to be a nice ring! Home was built in 1942 but the area around it is so much older... Alot of horse and buggy activity back in the day.. Also found my first round ball.. Approx 45 cal.. And a neat find was a Wizard Cheating tool used while playing poker or other card games in saloons. It would fit right inside the cuff of a shirt. (Circa 1889)

The ring is really nice, but the 1800s card cheating tool is KILLER! I had never heard of this before.

My Garrett Ace 300 rang out as a solid 99 for that ring! Lol.. Knew it had to be good!! But yeah, the round ball and the cheating utensil for gambling definitely are awesome! Thanks for the comments!

Me and my dad are going back again real soon... We did a "rough draft" so to speak today... Since the heat index was in the hundreds... Either when the weather breaks or sometime in the fall.. We have permission to go back anytime..

This may be far fetched but could this round ball be a pewter one? It resembles one pretty closely.. Lead seems to stay in better shape? Im happy either way but I saw a pewter vs. lead and this looks like pewter to me..
