Found me a 1944 Merc about 6 feet away from a zinc spill. Got tired of digging the Zinc-Lincs, and moved over to find this.

FYI...the new Lincolns hit a persistent 76 reading on my Delta 4000.

The Merc is a bit worn, but I love that shine!!

Had a "senior moment" when I posted this. It is my first silver dime with the Delta 4000. My first silver with this detector was a 1946 quarter a couple months back.

My first and only silver dimes up until this point were found with my Jetco Mustang in the early 70's.
