First silver of the year..

Got out today after the storms from yesterday passed and found a 1944 Merc. My Garrett that I thought was busted seems to be working well with a fresh set of batteries. My brother Farscape had his new detector out today as well. He found 2 wheats.

I haven't posted much in the past but plan on posting my finds from now on, whether it be junk or coins.

WTG on the silver! Are you near the old Air Force base, K. I. Sawyer? I was stationed there from 1984 - 1993. It was a good place to MD.
