First silver quarter of the year

Hey everyone! I got out again to the spot that’s been producing all year. And today was no different.

Earlier in the week, I had to cut my hunt short because I got water in my detector. Well in the end, the rice trick worked and my detector turned out fine.

I’ve been hitting a certain spot at this place in particular and usually walk to it because it’s so far away. Today I decided why not just detect to it instead? It paid off for sure.

I was in an area and dug up three soda cans in a row and got a fourth signal that rang at an 88 quarter. I just assumed it would be another can. Dug about 7 Inches and see silver! First silver quarter of the year! I’m hyped! About an hour later, I found a merc. Overall a great day for sure!

I’m pretty sure I murked the edge of the Washington with my shovel. Quarter is a 42-d and merc is a 43-s
