First steel cent and a great start on this "box"

Went to the bank today to get some coins they didnt have a full box of cents but I managed to get $20 worth, so far its looking to be an amazing "box" 2 rolls in and I've found 4 wheats, 1 being my first found steel cent.
I also got 14 dollars worth of nickels to look through, I would of liked to get more but thats all they had.

That steelie is cool. I suppose the magnets in a lot of coin counters have weeded a great deal of these out. Kind of hard to find from what I understand. Also they stick out like a sore thumb so they are more likely to be plucked from circulation. Can't wait to see your final numbers. Off to a good start...

Well finished up the pennies, out of the $20 worth I ended up with 18 wheaties! Which is tide with ,y best box ever, but that was also out of $25. Should be able to post pictures later

I got my first steel this week too. Even grungier than yours. Still a cool thing to find in the wild.
