Hello All,

Been lurking around for a few months. Went to my local BOA and asked for Halves. They had 2 rolls. I also bought a box of pennies...

Here is what i got from the halves.

1 1952- Franklin
4 1964
1 1965
2 1966
2 1968-D
2 1969 (1D)

So, 5 90%s 7 40%s...

Also 10 1976s....

I now want to hit every bank in my area!!!

LOL, I am a noob. I'm thinking that someone took Daddy's coins to get 20 bucks.

Who cares about all that silver..We just want to hear about the pennies. Did u find any wheats in your penny box? :) Just kidding! Awesome find, mate! Best of all, u dont have to go dump $2000 worth of halves!

Dude were ever you are at, u might be in a untouched area. If your in some big city than that would be beginners luck and farm fresh. But if your not in a big city u might be in a un-swept area......Hit it and quick. also asking teller questions through small talk will be a great way to tell if CRH is in your area. Oh and welcome

:hello2: :icon_thumright: Great first hunt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just wish they had more...

And so it begins. I also got lucky(3 40%s) on my first time asking a bank for Halves, and I then proceeded to hit as many banks as I could in two counties. Be sure to search Dimes too, I found 11 Silver Dimes just today.
