Fisher Edge II

I'm new at this "sport" and have used my detector twice. I have found newer coins each time while at a local park (Built in 1902). I do get very good readings of +12 to +36 and found each coin (several pennies, dimes, and quarters) about 1" below the surface. My question is this: is there a way for the detector to show me the actual depth of a reading on the display. Right now, I'm just using the factory settings until I get the hang of all of this.
