To whom it may concern at Fisher management, we in Australia are sick to death of your people in Australia not supporting
your product and giving service to Fisher users in Australia.
Please please change the situation.
 

First level of customer service and support of FTP products be it Fisher, Teknetics or Bounty Hunter is totally to the discretion of the importers........they are the FTP representatives in Australia.

I have 8 detectors 4x minelab, 2x whites, 2x fisher. I have no problems contacting or getting accessories online from minelab and whites dealers.
When i have been able to contact a fisher dealer for a quote they say they will get back to me and never do and my emails are not replied to.
I have met others on my travels who want to buy a fisher detector and they have found the same thing so I know its not just me.
I now get my friend in USA to buy fisher products over the counter direct and post the items to me. Much easier and simpler!!

I was in the market for a Fisher but they seem to have a lot of Customer Service issues I keep reading about. I think I'm going to go with another brand. This brings Garrett to the top of my list now.

If I was Fisher, I'd start taking these types of posts more serious, before it causes a tail spin. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's decided to take then off the buy list.
