I found. Website that listed a bunch of Garcia rods. And those rods carried a nber of stars to tell of quality. Ie. 1 star. Entry level. 4 stars. Top of the line. It also looks like. Every different model carries a different sold value. I didn't see what star level. Or how much this particular one sells for. My rod is model. B-557a
