Stopped by a bank over lunch. The teller had $6.50 in loose halves: 64d, 76 (silver) proof and a 67. Three keepers for a 23.1% keeper rate
.....and than I bought the halves bag off their coin counter ($493.50): 66x3, 67x21, 68dx25, 69dx3 and an 04p. Fifty three keepers for a 5.4% keeper rate......and also in the bag of halves were a '48 British florin (two shillings, and not silver), a '98 British 50 pence, '98 Mexican 10 peso coin, state lottery anniversary token and a guitar pick.
Yeah, it was a good lunch.
