What state or country? It a head being handed to you. It really depends on how you look at it. One way it's a calf head on the right. That could be a hand , a goose head or the hoof. The goose head is up side down. You will loose you head over looking for it. I think it has another meaning but will hold until others have given you their opinions.

OK, I'll bite.

I see an up-side-down dirty detecting Boot.

Yeeeeaaa....im gonna have to side with Crusader...definitely a dirty detecting boot...possibly Chippewa, maybe Red Wing. Also, the pull-tabs and can slaw stuck to the bottom....or top-depending how you're looking at it...are dead give-aways...Ddf

It appears that you have found a rock. Rocks are old, very old.

This particular example could date back to the dawn of time. As Cru said, it is indeed an upside down dirty detecting boot. This specimen has been sought after through the ages and highly regarded as "The Dirty Detecting Boot To Rule All Other Dirty Detecting Boots". Hope this helps.

Post it in treasure signs and symbols. That where you will find more help.

Wow, that is the best example of one of these I have ever seen.

Did you record the direction it was pointing when you found it?

Backwoodbob must have started drooling the minute he saw this one. We are all about to get educated by his vast knowledge that none of us lower species can understand [emoji23]

It's an petrified anteater jawbone and looks to be the rare teeth misaligned sas-scratch-u-one species.
