that is a neat flask

Ditto. Nice flask. I've seen that mold before, although I can't find it in McKearin-Wilson. Not a common one for sure.

GI-79. Rare. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1540240212.315024.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1540240253.117647.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1540240281.071714.jpg

Sweet find. What’s the story behind it? Jgas.

Thanks for picking up on that, jgas. Little wonder that I missed it considering that I came literally within an inch of checking out two days earlier. Must be the staples in the top of my head!

I'd love to hear the story on that flask as well.

What’s up Sand? Hope you are okay. Wow. Jgas.

I don't want to hijack a great flask thread with what would be way too long a story. God just looked after me one more time. Sore, but I'll heal up fine considering that I was a hair's breadth from being killed. Or worse, maimed or paralyzed. Thanks much for asking, brother.

Is it possible to get a more exact date from that info? Thanks for all the info so far guys! Appreciate it.

Btw hope your okay sandchip sounds like you went through an ordeal to say the least.

Thats a really cool artifact wowza put that in a nice display case

Wow, nice flask. Give us the scoop please
