North Rhodes detecting

Hello everyone! I found this flat button and am having trouble identifying it. The face has some faint markings... letters maybe? But the back has clear letters but some are worn off. It has a TY, the a cov or gov, then den followed by a star and a 1. Any help would be appreciated!!!
