This is my older brother sitting in his back yard. He lives on the Fox River in Wisconsin. He couldn't save his garden but he hopes the bags hold up that he has around the house. Needless to say, he doesn't get too excited about stuff. :D

I sure wish all those flood victims the best , but aren't Americans the most damn-it-all group in the world.
Even though they have their setbacks & even while struggling, they still show that humor & continue to
thumb their nose at it all. I saw a picture in the news of a flood victim that made some shark fins on a
floating platform & was releasing them into the flood waters. Real life , true grit folks. God bless them all
& America. :occasion14:

The river is at his doors this morning. He opened the gate to the back fence to let the big catfish in and then he is going to close it before the water receeds.

I was wondering if he had any fish in the yard...some catfish get huge.

I sure hate to see all that damage the flood is causing. I guess you have to take it in stride.

Have been hearing a lot about the big floods over there, some of the pictures are unbelieveable, I hope your family stays safe.

The water is below my brother's house now. He managed to sandbag and constantly pump for days and saved the inside. Opening the gate trick also worked. :D
