It runs the spectrum, especially if it has been heat treated.

Heated coral can be really beautiful. Lots of pastel colors. Pinks, orange, blue. I found dark blue that came right out of the ocean. Much of what I found was white and pretty plain. I found chippable coral just driving around stopping at rip rap piles near bridges. The best coral I saw was at the Paines Prairie knap in near Gainesville. The locals had some really nice material and gave me some.
