I don't usually post other people's finds but this was found by a close friend since childhood that still lives near me and we still keep in touch...fish,surf,.ect..
It's not a new find as you can probably tell from the date on the photo.
Its just a great example of a stone plummet and made of material that traveled a long way.
There is a parking lot there now.

That a beauty Gator! I have never seen one found around my area. Maybe one day.

Hey GatorBoy!! Gorgeous plummet!! I forgot to tell you about the little Aztec appearing statuette my next door neighbor found in his back yard! Well crafted and you would only attempt to imagine how it appeared at the tide line!! I would like to shoot you a picture if I can arrange it!! It will blow your earphones off!! GOOD HUNTING!! VERDE!!
