hmmmm talked to Bobby 3 hrs ago and he was going to take a shower then put up an electric fence in the yard to keep the furkids from running away from home. He said he would be online in about an hour and a half.....either he got tangled up in his electric fence or his bed! lol He stood us up!!

I had a lot of reading to catch up on, we just got back from visiting family in MO and I don't think I opened my laptop twice the whole time there.......
Sure was a loooooong drive....... tho not as long as the trip to CTH2!!
And I took my Caravan

instead of the infamous 'Squeal Mobile'..................

cause we needed the room for us 4 and my Mom (who came down to visit for a week or so) and all the luggage and presents.

I'm chompin' at the bit to get started on the Vortex hunt too!! The pics make it look nice and manicured.
BUT
I'm already disappointed Gyp and the little ones can't go, but now WD, Noodle and Dan can't make it either! What a bummer!

I totally agree with you there....I was so looking forward to seeing them! Sounds like you had a good time on your trip...did you get in any time metal detecting while you were gone? 24 days....wow....it will be here before we know it! Looking forward to hearing the squealmobile show up! lol

A couple days my Dad and I hunted an old park. Just found a lot of clad, some buttons and some old machine parts.

All you'll hear when we show up at Vortex is exhaust rumble! I'm bringing my truck to the FL hunt so I can haul back all my finds!

What What where is the Marriott and the Ruth Chris steak house Oooo Ponce-de-leon don't have one I see. But it will have the finest Cheesecake ( at least to me ) there in just a few short weeks. LOL Wanted boat to go from house to mail box this lake I meant my yard looks like a lake. Man I am so tired of rain. If this was snow it would be over the top of my house LOL. I am thinking of getting a underwater MD to use at my house and the neighbors house. Has anyone seen or heard about someone building an ark, it seem like 40 days and 40 nights here LOL.

first thing you have to do is find a tall tree, climb it, point your laptop at the north star, stick out your tonque just right, fall out of the tree and then decide to wait until you get back to the house
