Fluted

Walked a new site today with a friend and we both found a couple broken points each. We were starting to leave the site and I spot my second fluted point ever. He thought it was the tip from a spear, possibly a cumberland. Only fluted on one side. Wondered what your thoughts were on this one. It almost looked like the broken part was reworked a little, not sure.
