That Flying Eagle is a beauty. I found only my second one last week, but nearly all the detail came off with the gentle stroke of a toothpick. Yours is truly a nice one with a crisp date. Congrats!

Great find! I've only dug one FE myself in a CW camp. The date was worn off. Hard coin to find.
