Thanks guys for having put my faith back into this hobby to be able to find the most unusual. Appreciate your finds & comments. Now if I can only find my very first 1909-S VDB after 50+ years hunting, I'll be happy.

Well i have a 1909 s, 1909 VDB x2 but no jackpot ... keep at it, it will come to ya

WOW, how nice to find a rare specimen.

Took me well over $15,000 in pennies to get. Also have almost 10,000 wheats and 21 indians

Frequently Flying Eagle cents have been posted as finds on TN...

I will now echo your post, got my 2 "less than the jackpot" in reject trays, dug a '09 VDB that was crusty at the initials:-(

I found one in the reject try last year almost feal over

Not roll hunted, but on Christmas eve 2015 I dug these two stuck together back to back. Didn't really expect these so they went through the cleaning tumbler. Dug on a southern Michigan lakeshore. FE is 1858.

This is why I hate the idea of the penny going away. If they recall them the same way Canada did, just think how many of these might be permanently lost!

I scored one in a CW a few years back. Best cent find to date and oldest.
