Update on Forum... A message from Vlad..

Good news is they attached the old harddrive to the new server so I can copy files. Which I'm doing now and it is a lot faster vs me coping files from my backup.
I might have a temporary page in place informing members of what happen, maybe today.

The server guys are pointing the domain name to the new server.

At this rate we might be up and running this weekend/early next week!

Update.....Just talked to Craig, server is toast and they have to build a new server then move all the members names, threads, posts and pictures so it will be down for awhile.
Kill all weekend plans. What's up with server crashes this week? Third one I've heard about this week. It's a conspiracy I tell ya!

I have been to that Forum, I am sorry that that has happened, we are all, Detectorist, no matter what Forum. Hope it all works out soon.

You may be linking into the old forum rather than the main page. Since the forum software appears to have changed, old links will probably break, leading to the 404. Goto the main page, login, and navigate to where you want to go, then set up new links. HTH
