Over on The Friendly Forum there is a thread going of detecting forums that are no more. This came about because I guess Detector Prospector is shutting down?!?

Who remembers The Treasure Depot and Treasure Quest? There are few others going but with very little activity.

IMHO, Facebook killed the forum format!
