🔎 UNIDENTIFIED For fingerprints?

Found this awhile back and hanged on to it. I put my thumb on it and it made a really good thumbprint on paper. I don't know if that's what it's really for. Any ideas?

Clean it up a tad more and give us another view.
Is the centre hard/soft, thinking like a piece of charcoal for doing a finger print.

I will post more pics, it was found in hole with metal target, if it was eyeliner wouldn't that been a stick and tube?

It's rubber or plastic the white part, the black is kind of soft. Maybe charcoal . It makes a great fingerprint impression on paper after I press down on it

Reminds me of those old car tyre tube vulcaniser hot patches, you'd scratch up the flammable surface and light it.
