For pinpointing do you use the center or tip of the 11x8 coil.

Which is the prefered method for pinpointing. The center of the coil or the tip of the coil?

I took the Vaquero out this morning for my first hunt with it ..... trashy, abandoned school yard....... I have been using DD coils on my other detectors thru the years and always used the tip method .... I had good luck today using the same method with the 8X11......
