for the love of god why?

i do a lot of e-commerce on ebay and verrrrry occasionally when i go to check out i get this really annoying message telling me to pick another payment option. Nothing will work, not direct transfer from savings, not credit, not money banked. so what is wrong? is this a problem on the sellers end?

No clue here, but sounds like the kinda stuff that happens to me. Pick something else with no options to choose from. Seems I run into that a lot these days.
