Found a huge bullet at old church

Hi all,

Found this huge bullet at my Church today. looks to be as big around as a marble.

I also have posted a Civil War three ring bullet that was given to me by my grandfather. It is in the Best Finds category. Please read and post if you are a Civil War buff.

The bullet shown appears to be a .50BMG(50 caliber Browning Machine Gun),circa 1919-present.I used to find buckets of them around the WW2 Buckingham Army Air Base.

yep def a 50 cal bullet! Trk5capt, that casing is a Salt Lake one. I have been trying to collect all of the different locations where they were made. Cool stuff!

Yep 50cal is what you have. I have found several of these after storms at Myrtle beach. They use to shoot up the beach down there for target practice. Man they were shooting up some high dollar realestate.
