Found a huge bullet at old church

The bullet shown appears to be a .50BMG(50 caliber Browning Machine Gun),circa 1919-present.I used to find buckets of them around the WW2 Buckingham Army Air Base.

yep def a 50 cal bullet! Trk5capt, that casing is a Salt Lake one. I have been trying to collect all of the different locations where they were made. Cool stuff!

Neat~!...but at the church? Love the CW stuff too! I see you are in North Alabama....should find something CW around there somewhere!

Yep 50cal is what you have. I have found several of these after storms at Myrtle beach. They use to shoot up the beach down there for target practice. Man they were shooting up some high dollar realestate.
