found a silver knife

I found this silver pocket knife in the ground the other day, it says sterling on the handle, next to that there is some other marks but don't know what they are has anyone out there ever found a knife like this or has one like it. I would like to know, the year is was made and maybe the value. the main blade is broke but still has the leather punch blade. thanks for any help.

the blade that you see is a blade for punching wholes in leather that is why it looks worn out and is not for cutting, the blade that was for cutting is broke off.

Awesome piece of silver, beautiful knife that is sweet. Must have a nice value, how much dose it weigh. That is a unique find, I am very tempted to vote banner... I wish that picture of the makers mark was clear. I know it will be hard to get a close up of that maybe someone can enhance it for us.
