Found a small compact? Any help identifying is appreciated

Looks like a rouge compact. They were smaller than makeup compacts. Second thought, would be Pill Box?

Have you opened it? Was pretty common for girls to carry a nickel or dime in their compact in case they needed to use a pay phone.

All I ever got was broken glass, and funky looking make-up. Never a coin or bling.
Dug one little tin container out of a cellar hole-it rattled and was full of sunflower seeds it looked like.
