Found at at a collapsed cave opening here on the property

Thoughts on this one?
Im opening the cave entrance here on the property. Found this under rock while digging.
Central kentucky.

Your item is not an North American Indian artifact. It is a naturally shaped rock. You might be more successful in finding some artifacts if you dig a little further deeper, especially near and along the front of the cave. Also digging further inside may produce some artifacts.

Thanks for the input, but I beg to differ on this one...

I've been collecting for 40+ years now. Farm here sits on Limestone shelves. I kick around cobble in creeks daily and have acres of natural worn and shaped and weathered and cold split rock here.

This one is different. Deliberate. Not a water shaped piece.

For now, it'll go with the other artifacts and points and scrapers etc here :-)

Hey sorry but that's not an artifact it's just a rock nothing more it probably fell from the roof of the cave!

Seems to be the result of a rock fracturing.

I would also say shear fracture. Nature can do strange things, still an interesting piece!
