🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Found at Gettysburg

Found in Gettysburg today on private property of course. It’s thick as several coins together and about 2/3 size of a dime. Any thoughts appreciated! Appears to say H 2 on the one side unless it’s a capital I and the 2 is facing other way. ME on the other side with something zero below. Seems to be lead.
