Rock, more like a concretion, two type of rock, one softer that eroded quicker than the other part. Cool rock.

Cool find...it reminds me slightly of rocks you can find in France...not sure what it is....the one's I saw in France were some kind of flint I was told...I don't think yours is flint though....nice shape

Probably just a rock, but my first thought seeing it was that it was a fossilized vertebrae.
