Looking for an idea of possible error or timeline that these might have been used in. I found the stones right next to broken pottery about 3 ft in the ground

I'd call them "incidentals" .
Not necessarily artifacts, but could have a relationship with.

I switched from phone to laptop. Better viewing photos now.

I see the pottery. Looks like bits of quartz or shell tempering. Looks like evidence for occupation IMO. Good spot.

not every stone associated with NA sites is a tool, many of them were used for campfires and even for cooking (hot stones boil water in baskets)
