Object is flat on bottom and ridged on top... also has "score marks" along the length ,,, notice small one near shiny end and larger ones on other end. Found in a real remote creek that has little human "junk".

Way to heavy for a handle,,,, the score marks are original ,like it was made to be measured out,,, how can I get metal tested?

It sorta looks like a ram horn. Maybe it was part of a statue?

Hi! I'm just north of you in Carter County. It might be a handle of some sorts, but that's so gosh darned weird, I don't know what to think.

Kinda looks like an investment casting, the investment, usually some form of plaster, fuses to the metal as a crust. Just because there’s nobody out where you found it don’t mean there never was, people are like Mastercards, everywhere you wanna be.

The patina appears to be natural ,,,kinda encrusted on the outside like the stuff inside of an old waterheater.
