IKE DOLLAR..........A 1971 D Ike dollar! The first Ike dollar I ever have found. Finally something to post. Last six hunts only I had only found the usual clad and no much else. With the coin having such a short mint duration, just 7 years, I didn't think I'd find even one. Found this in the end zone of a football field. I guess it was being used for the coin toss. Heads and Tails - I WIN!

I love the Eisenhower Dollar! I just finished collecting the entire 32 coins needed to complete the set! You can find IKE dollars in any coin shop, but i have not seen many found in the ground!
