Hi I was cleaning out a old house in Kentucky and found a unopened bottle of Millionaires Club California Champagne. At the moment I cannot take a picture, but am searching for any information on this brand. The bottle has a paper label that reads Millionaires Club California Champagne Sparkling Wine naturally fermented made and bottled by millionaires champagne cellars san Francisco ca, BW-4. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Until someone pipes in - I searched Google and found that another is having a problem ID'ng some champagne as well! :) Posted Jan 05, 2015 without any replies so far. Notice who made it? :)

"...I have a bottle of champagne that I bought at the Disneyland hotel in the 1980s - It is labeled: Disneyland Hotel - California Champagne - L. Le Blanc Champagne Cellars San Francisco, Calif. B. W. 4 - I have not found any info about it..."

My folks would host parties with Champagne from Milwaukee. I remember when I was little picking up a bottle of that Milwaukee Champagne at one of those parties and taking a big swig and it fizzled back up my throat and out my nose making everyone laughed. That was the very first time I felt like the life of the party.

If it's not from the Champagne region of France it's not Champagne regardless what it says on the bottle. If it's a bottle from a reputable producer there would be a vintage year on the label if that producer felt the wine was good enough to declare a vintage. What conditions was it stored under? 55 degrees and 60% humidity is optimal. Anything else and my money is on that what ever is in the bottle tastes like vinegar.
