Found pieces

I got out a little bit today with my stepson...not for very long due to the weather. Walked a field and found these pieces.

Are they pieces left over from shaping arrow heads?

Yes sir! You have some flakes there and possibly some flakes that were actually used as tools. One of the flakes has potential to be a scraper! Nice! Your in the right ballpark, just find your position!

Yeah the bottom right one looks good and maybe the one above it.

The field is almost nothing but sand and is the only one with a higher elevation than the area around it. Wabash river is very close to it too. Mainly watermelon is planted there. I can't wait to go back!

A couple years ago I was able to find this point in that field.

Not sure if is broken at the base or that's how it is supposed to be.

If it isnt ground down then it is probably broken. I find them allot just like that. I got 2 on my last hunt spear tips. I have yet to find a whole one. But I am looking.
