This ring was found in a dirt strip like 4-5 inches down in a neighborhood surrounded by houses built as early as 1901. The main band seems to have some hammered details and then it seems to have a ring with two other homemade rings and the sides of the the main band are slightly flared to prevent the rings from sliding off. Would love any information on what this seems to be made out of and a possible age on it?

Nice find! Do you think it might be a scarf ring or a fancy napkin holder
rather than a finger ring?

I honestly have no idea, never seen a old napkin holder or scarf ring before, I'll search those up and see if they are similar
