After work today, I walked my dog. We walked to a field that I have done rather well in lately. Found this blade

This piece of quartz, that had obviously been worked. I cant tell if it is a base or broken point??

Which is it? Then, the possible artifact or geofact. One looks like a large spade or huge club head. I think it's a spade, but need yall's opinions.

sweet blade! if its not a spade it should have been. its got a nice curve to it . looks like it would make one heck of a digger. some tools are hard to tell by pictures, u just have to hold them. is there any signs of polishing around that curved edge?

Like the blade. The quartz piece looks like a base to me. The other two larger pieces look like geofacts, at least in the pictures anyway. I'm itchin to get out, good for you for gettin out there in this weather!

Small ones are all good.

Hi Musky. The inside of the curved piece is smooth, but not polished. If it is an adze by chance, it's a really rough one. I think these pieces like the two large ones here are tools, but rarely are they credited. For one, they really show no signs of human alteration. If any alteration is present, it would take an expert eye to point it out. Secondly, collectors aren't seeking things like this, so they get left in the field. They are bulky and not easy to display, even if they were display quality. These, I know, aren't display quality. Heck, they may well be geofacts. To each our own, and I think something is there. Not trying to get others to join my band wagon. These are hardly worth an argument. So, I'll call these geofacts.

i think your quartz piece is a base, looks older too, looks like the point got wider as it went up.
