Found some bullets and Indian and Identified button from previous hunt

Went hunting sunday at my old faithfull spot and got my usual hand full of bullets. Then today I went with a friend to a new location that didn't pan out so good. So we went to our backup spot were I found an Indian head cent. My friend found a flat button and an old clip on earring. Then we got chased out by some dear hunters. Man those guys are crazy with the guns.
A couple months ago I was hunting this spot with my friends and found a little button with some swirls on it. OK cool found a button. I took it home and cleaned it up and put it in a little button case. I showed it to some friends recently and they said that it looks like a script I button. I was looking through Albert's button book and sure enough there it is. Turns out it's a Confederate script I. CS 175 on page 374 of the book.

Congrats on the script "I" and the CW lead.
I walked up on a hunter last week in a tree stand. All of a sudden I heard "how's it going?". Scared the crappe out of me!
Can't wait until hunting season is over.

I split my time in the wood's with rifle and detector so I know both side's of the fence.They have to have there fun just like we do Nice Script I,second one in a week

I agree that hunters should have some fun too. But they could have let us know that they were driving some dear through the field and we might want to get out of the way.
