These finds are from the last several hunts I went on.
The Token, Padlock, Miner's Tag and Dog Tags were cleaned in a Electrolysis Bath.

1941 S - Mercury Dime
1897 - Indian Cent - (toasted - was lucky to be able to read the date)
1961 - Canadian Cent
Token - $1.00 - Menter's Clothing Stores - circa 1915-1920
(was Gold Gilded when new - see non-dug photo's)
1927 - Ohio Dog Tag
1976 - Alabama Dog Rabies Tag
Small Brass Padlock - (found one identical to this one a few years ago)
Miner's Tag - #2
1800's - Flat Button
(2) - Ear Rings - (both costume grade)
(12) - Wheat Cents - (from 1910 to 1957)

That Menter token is a cool one. I found one here in Illinois a couple years ago.

When researching some of my finds, I noticed that a few of these Menter Tokens have been posted on T-Net and other MD forums in the past. Not a rare find but still a pretty cool old Token.

Nice finds, I like that token and the dog tags.

The old Dog Tax Tags are some of my favorite relic finds.
The oldest I've found so far is 1918 - I read that the oldest one recorded in the US is from 1853.
In some European countries they were required over 300 years ago.
