Found this in my PM box - there's hope for our future - A MUST READ!

I just "found" this Personal Message from Digginman in my mailbox.

This is an unbelivable story, my hands are shaking and my eyes are full of tears.

DigginGirl, my daughter (Ashley), received a $5.00 gold piece that I dug up this past spring. It was my most awesome find ever. I gave it to her for her birthday in July. I was showing her the thread about the donations to charity today, your thread.

Today, while Christmas shopping she produced it out of her purse. She thought she could spend it. I explained to her that it wasn't used for money anymore. She said she wanted to buy another girl's dad a detector so he could find her a gold coin.

I lost it!!! I am now. I had a hard time driving, but I took her to a coin dealer. He gave her $200.00. We went to Walmart and she bought the Bounty Hunter that cost me a little to make it right. She put it in the Toys for Tots box. Some kid is getting a detector for Christmas.

I can't type anymore. I am so proud of my daughter.

Oh my... I am having an emotional breakdown reading this and will have to update the charity list later with Diggingirl's gift $ amount and name. Digginman, you should be very proud and

Diggingirl... you are an amazing person!

I just got home from a great night out and was not expecting something like this.
This is hope for our future with people like Ashley around.

First of all I am beyond happy to see the true spirit of Christmas lives in Ashleys heart !
Further more she is the true deifinition of "treasure" and everyone can learn a lesson from her !

Been detecting full force for about 13 - 14 years and in all that time I've only dug 1 gold coin and I gave that to the property owner for sentimental reasons but if and when I dig another gold coin I will happily give it to your daughter Digginman !

An amazing unselfish act of kindness !!!!!!!!!!!!
