Found this in a overgrown farm field a few weeks ago. Wasn't very deep. Not sure how old. Anyone seen this or know who is pictured on it? I'm all ears. Thanks everyone.

I’ve not seen this one before. Symbolically the wheat usually denotes “plenty” or possibly “charity”.
I’m guessing it is held by a historical figure, since it appears to be a medieval setting, which is more specific than general. The cannon can denote, defense, protection or even peace. The two sides would then denote Peace & Prosperity. Was this found in Wisconsin? It may be from a group such as Modern Woodmen, although they loved to show their name on everything.
Thanks for sharing. Good puzzler.

Thanks for the response Blackfoot. I like the way you broke down the symbolism. Well done. Yes found in SE Wisconsin very close to Lake Michigan.
