Found today in Altoona craigslist metal detecting

I have a tract of 4.96 acres its a 1843 deeded homestead I am 3rd owner,rumor has it the guy was a millionaire from the 14 plus different type nut trees which he sold fruit n saplings around the world,i found the original paperwork hidden in the stacked stone foundation.this original owner had a two room loghouse a barn springhouse stone wall or barn foundation being as there is a 1847 john deere steel wagon frame and wheels right beside.they say this man never banked only stashed.i need a reliable metal detecting outfit or one person to share proceeds.please email me

If the John Deere wagon is authentic it would be 1881 or later. Deere didn't produce wagons until then and only got into the business as a partnership with an existing wagon manufacturer in Iowa. Those command a premium on the serious collectors market. I saw a restored one sell at auction for almost 12K several years ago although I don't recall what year it was from. The year of manufacture could usually be found on the inside of one of the side boards if any of that is intact. There was also a standard accessory wheel wrench that came with them.
