Four Indian heads and a cool stick pin

1863 1872 1902 1903.. Round oak stick pin. Cool old broken bell. Few other cool things. They are making a parking lot where this house was and this is what I saved.. The 1863 is a fat one first one I've found

Love the stick pin, I can make out the second word "Jack", but what's the first?
Any research on if it's a advertising, or political pin?

Yeah that's what it is not sure what year it was made in would be cool to know.. I think it's a blessing it's in one piece really
