I'm unsure it was a gift. It definitely isn't from NC I can safely say that. I am guessing the South West. NM maybe Texas.

Here's some of my pieces made from really nice material.

Feel free to add your colorful frames or pieces. Let's see some color.

That is a nice display of material Thirty7. I noticed that little point in the lower left corner. Looks like a Redstone. Am I correct. Multiple Flutes with expanding base, sure looks like one................GTP

Thanks for the comments GTP , I'm not 100% sure on the type, or the material. Also the pic is kind of deceiving because it's got shoulders on both sides that you cant make out. My best guess is Alamance, it's from central NC.

OK OK you made your point !

What a colorful thread this is awesome display thirty 7 keep em coming

wow newnan, superior example, nicest fr hopewell I've seen, awesome color and lightning streak on that piece.

thanks R-T fact, glad you like it, I'll stop posting and let others share their artifacts. Just wanted to start a thread that everyone could contribute to and enjoy, well except for HCW, I guess I've offended him somehow.

im sorry my comment was taken the wrong way . It was meant as a joke . You know, point ?
