Franklin Mint - The Goddess of Heavenly Flowers 1992

Hi,

I’m looking for some help! I have this porcelain lamp (please see attache image) of a Franklin Mint lamp named The Goddess of Heavenly Flowers 1992 and designed by Mei Lin LI. I cannot find anything information of this lamp online and I’m curious if anyone knows anything about it? Seen it before?
