Fred Stewarts Sapphire SX-500?

I'd like to hear from anyone who's used or know of someone who has a Fred Stewart Sapphire SX-500 electronic enhanced dowsing rod. I can see by the picture in his literature that the rod is insulated from the handle where the cord from the electronics box goes into. I've had good results from his map dowsing and have talked to him over the phone so he definitely is a professional far as dowsing goes.
