HAMBURG - A 43-year-old Newark, N.J., man was charged with retail theft in relation to an incident at 11:16 a.m. Sunday at Cabela's World's Foremost Outfitter, 100 Cabela Drive.
Troopers said asset protection personnel of Cabela's observed (name removed) conceal a $5.99 fishing lure in a fishing bag he was purchasing.
%$#@ purchased the bag and other items, but left the store without purchasing the fishing lure, troopers said.
He was transported to the state police station at Hamburg and, upon processing, was issued a non-traffic citation for retail theft and released, where he must respond within 10 days.
They couldn't Just say Cabela's,
They had to advertise them as
World's Foremost Outfitter,
& Give the address.
They should let him Keep the Lure
