Now that I have your attention, I found one of the things I have on my to find list, not much to look at but I finally have one.

The rest of my finds. The red car is a tootsie toy with what looks like EXP printed on the side door. Any info on badge and car would be appreciated.

found this stuff around an old store that was moved about 40 yards to make way for the new store, The Original owners still have a home there and about 100 acres around it, they asked me to look for the wife's high school ring she lost 50 years ago hanging clothes on a clothesline. Cool with me

Fantastic finds, love the badge. Are they planning on tearing down that old store anytime soon? If so, you should be thinking of getting that RC cola sign. (With permission of course) ;D

;) RR

Congrats on finding a great place to detect. That is one old looking store! Any chance of looking around by its original spot? Good luck finding the ring.

thanks BB, I'd love to find the ring also just to see the look on their face when I give it to them

I was thinking about asking for the sign to give to this older gentleman who is currently letting me search his land, consequently through research and lots of reading, I THINK i may have found the spot where Martha Bratton and Colonel William Bratton lived while the Battle of Huck's Defeat took place. Wish me luck with that.

The store was moved to make way for the new structure, that would have been nice though.
