looks like you got a good Site.
 
Nice finds Nana. I don't know for sure about the what's it. The first thing I thought was a kids toy gun holster might have had those pushed through the leather and bent or the belt might have had them!!! Good luck on finding out. :thumbsup:
 
Looks like a good day Nana! The whatsit looks to be a slide for a bolo tie.
